Meisam Bahadori received the B.Sc. degree in electrical engineering, majoring in communication systems, with honors and the M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering, majoring in microwaves and optics, both from the Sharif University of Technology, Tehran, Iran, in 2011, and June 2013. He joined the Lightwave Research Laboratory at Columbia University, New York, NY, USA, in fall 2014 where he is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering with a focus on silicon photonics. From fall 2011 to spring 2014, he was a Research Assistant with the Integrated Photonics Laboratory, Sharif University of Technology. His current research interests include silicon photonic devices and nanophotonics.
