Gerald Kleyn is the Senior Director of Hyperscale R&D and Strategy in Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Houston, Texas. His teams delivered industry-first hyperscale server platforms including; the first commercially available 64-bit ARM-based server, multiple high performance CPU and GPU based computing systems within the top 10 of the Top500 and Green500 systems, and energy efficiency leadership in Specpower metrics. Gerald received his Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from Utah State University in 1997 and an MBA from Tulane University in 2006.
